Baby Equipment Rental TERMS.
Spain Baby Gear Hire promises to deliver the articles reminded in the reservation to the client, in mint condition of use, conservation and cleanliness.
Spain Baby Gear Hire Will do delivery of the articles requested by the client in the place and hour agreed, receiving Spain Baby Gear Hire forthwith the payment of the totality of the rent and the percentage delivery with a view to warehouse in guarantee.
The client will return the items rented, after the been convenient time, in the same condition of use in which it received them and in the moment and place reminded before with Spain Baby Gear Hire.
To the withdrawal, after Spain Baby Gear Hire to check baby gear hired with the client the articles and to verify that breaks or deteriorations did not exist, the warehouse taken as guarantee will reimburse itself to the client.
The client promises to facilitate to Spain Baby Gear Hire, the necessary information to formalise the virtual contract/order and invoice, being the only client responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the same ones.
Spain Baby Gear Hire declines any responsibility on the use of the rented material, as well as any accident that could happen during the use of the same one.
On having effected the reservation / rent, the client compromises himself in the acceptance of the conditions above exposed.
